LED narrow pitch display selection tips

LED narrow pitch display selection tips
Traditional LED displays are basically focused on outdoor display with a single or a small number of signals. The emergence of small-pitch LEDs makes it possible for LEDs to enter the field of indoor display applications. The difference between indoor display and outdoor display lies in the diversity and large-scale nature of indoor signals. Therefore, when small-pitch LEDs enter indoor display applications, they must first solve the problem of multiple signals and complex signal access. Next, let’s take a look at the selection tips for LED small-pitch display screens.
1. Challenges of entering indoors - diversification of access signals
Traditional outdoor displays mostly play fixed film sources, and the access signal sources are mainly video playback devices such as computers or DVDs. In addition to traditional signals when entering indoors, you will also face diversified and networked new access signals, such as online video, mobile devices, etc.
2. The challenge of going indoors - the number of signals doubles
Different from a single or a small number of signal access during outdoor display, small-pitch LED displays will face a series doubling of the number of signal access when entering indoors. Dozens of computer signals and thousands of monitoring signals, signal sources of this size are common in indoor large-screen applications.
3. Challenges of going indoors - scattered access locations
The outdoor LED display signal access is mostly local access. Once inside, the situation is completely different. Access signals are no longer limited to local areas, but may be located in different rooms, on different floors, or even in different areas.
4. The challenge of going indoors - displaying multiple signals on the same screen
When the small-pitch LED display is used indoors, it will no longer display all the signals in full screen like in the outdoor display. Real-time display of multiple signals on the same screen will be an essential requirement for indoor applications, and any signal must be able to roam and be superimposed at will.
5. Challenges of going indoors—centralized management and multi-screen interaction
Multi-meeting room linkage, multi-level monitoring, multi-party command, remote classroom... When LED display screens enter the room, they will no longer be single-screen operations, but will face more and more multi-screen and multi-signal linkage applications.
The distributed control system based on IP network has rich application management experience in indoor large-screen display. It has excellent advantages for small-pitch LED indoor display applications to solve multiple signals and complex signal access:
1. The distributed system can provide access nodes for various signal sources, including VGA/DVI/ypbPr/HDMI/CVBS/SDI, etc., covering almost all signal types on the market.
2. The distributed system is based on the network architecture. It only needs to be equipped with a corresponding number of nodes and connected to the interoperable network to meet the signal access needs of hundreds of small-spacing LEDs after they enter the room.
3. The single-channel 1080P high-definition output bandwidth of the distributed system only requires 512K-8M. While maintaining high image quality, it can also achieve signal access and signal sharing across rooms, floors, and regions.
4. No matter how many signals are connected or where the signals are distributed, only one set of control equipment is needed to centrally manage and interact with signals from multiple locations, screens, and cross-regions.
Distributed can also bring more to small-pitch LEDs:
1. Support node output resolution customization function, which can match the resolution of any LED box and accurately complete multi-screen display point-to-point.
2. It adopts a high-performance image processing platform, with ultra-high image processing capability of 60 frames, high-precision synchronization error control of 1ms, and ultra-low demonstration of Xiaoyu 100ms, bringing users an extremely fast video experience.
3. Supports all-brand network camera signal access systems and direct decoding without the need for a third-party SDK. It is the best choice for centralized management of multi-regional security monitoring.
4. Support audio and video synchronization processing and transmission, realize audio and video roaming within the system, and use small spacing LEDs to enter indoor video conferencing applications.
5. It has network central control and supports control of display peripheral equipment through RS232, infrared, relay, IO and other methods. Through the plan, the screen can be intelligently linked with peripheral devices to facilitate comprehensive control and integration of LEDs after they enter the room.
6. Supports real-time preview of all access signals, without the need for dual-stream nodes.
7. The signal source can be directly and simultaneously recorded in real time while the signal source is displayed on the screen, without the need for third-party NVR/DVR equipment.
8. Supporting ultra-high-resolution desktop screens, wireless desktops, multi-platform wireless video distribution, remote control, interactive annotation and other unique functions make small-pitch LED indoor applications more widespread.
9. Supports synchronous control of multiple platforms such as Window, IOS, Android, etc., with full touch operation, you can play the entire system with just one finger.
