Shipping policy

For the sake of shipping operation, our price does NOT include import duty. Please be aware of this. The U.S. DDP is not subject to duty. (By placing an order, you agree to pay the import duty)

In order to serve our worldwide customers better, our company provides unified shipping cost of all the orders, that is, each order delivery fee is First weight(2000g) of $45, continued weight of $10/500g. In order for the goods to arrive in your hands as soon as possible, all our products will be shipped in DHL Express | UPS | FedEX | TNT | EMS | By Sea or By Air.

There is no minimum order quantity, no other additional conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time: 6~8 days . 

Our shipping labels do NOT include any branding or unrelated advertising from LED Controller Store, so Contractors can enter the installation address directly as the shipping address.
If the Purchaser designates their own freight forwarder, they may also enter the freight warehouse address as the shipping address. Please include any custom instructions in the Notes section.

We NOT accepted rush orders, please allow time for emergencies or purchase in advance.
UPS NO longer supports change of shipping address. Please be sure to fill in the correct shipping address.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.For reasons that are well known, the value we fill out will be lower than the actual price.If a European customer needs to declare it truthfully, please let us know your EORI or IOSS number.
