First, the core size: usually full-color display choose more than 13mil chip, single and two-color display choose more than 9mil chip. The size of the chip will directly affect the heat and life of the chip.
Remarks: mil: the length unit of chip layout, we also called milli inch, 1 mil = one thousandth of an inch. For led chip 9mil or 13mil, refers to the length and width of the chip size.
Second, the core brightness: the core brightness will directly affect the brightness of the display. If you choose the core brightness is not enough, in the display by increasing the current in the increase in brightness, it will directly affect the life of the display. So in the production of the display, should choose the brightness is higher than the brightness of the display requirements.
Third, the core wavelength: wavelength parameters will directly affect the color of the display. Positive wavelength for red 640nm, green 525nm, blue 470nm. production of full-color LED display, usually choose the positive wavelength, in order to achieve the effect of colorful and rich. For single and two-color display, you can choose to bias 5nm LED, will not affect the text display effect.
Fourth, tube core uniformity: tube core uniformity directly affects the uniformity of the display, uniformity including brightness uniformity and wavelength uniformity. General selection of tube core, wavelength deviation of 2.5nm, brightness deviation of 10% or less will not affect the effect of the display, beyond this range will affect the effect of the display.
Fifth, the bracket: affect the heat dissipation effect, thus affecting the LED life. The best for the copper bracket, followed by iron bracket. General LED full-color display using copper bracket, LED single and two-color screen using iron bracket.
Six, gel: LED gel will affect the heat dissipation, brightness consistency, angle and other parameters.
