Now the LED display is used in various fields, in the process of full-color LED display use, fault problems can not be avoided. Now we will introduce how to distinguish and determine the LED display troubleshooting methods.
Step 1: Check whether the graphics card settings part is set, according to the need to set the method in the CD-ROM electronic file, please consult.
Step 2: Check the basic system connections, such as DVI cable, network cable socket is correct, the
main control card and computer PCI plug Cao's connection, serial line connection.
Step 3: Check whether the computer and LED power supply system to meet the needs of use. When the
LED screen power supply is insufficient, when the display is close to white (power consumption) will cause the screen to flicker, according to the box power requirements to formulate the appropriate power supply.
Step 4: Check whether the green light of the sending card has a regular blinking, blinking to step 6, if not blinking, restart, no win98/2k/xp before checking whether the green light has a regular blinking, such as blinking to the second step of the operation, please check whether the DVI cable is connected, if the problem is not solved for the sender card, graphics card and DV cable I one of the three have a fault, please replace the respective repeat after step 3.
Step 5: Please set up according to the software instructions or reinstall and set up again until the green light of the
sending card blinks, otherwise repeat step 3.
Step 6: check the receiver card green light (data light) is synchronized with the green light of the sending card blinking, if blinking to step 8, check whether the red light (power) is bright, if bright to step 7, do not light check whether the yellow light (power protection) is bright, such as not bright check whether the power supply is connected to the reverse or no power output, such as bright check whether the power supply voltage is 5V, such as turning off the power supply to remove the adapter card and the cable and then try again, such as the problem is not solved! If the problem is not solved, replace the
receiver card, repeat step 6.
Step 7: check whether the network cable is well connected or too long (you must use the standard super 5 cable, no repeater cable maximum distance of 100 meters), check whether the network cable is made according to the standard (please refer to the unity of the installation and setup), if the problem is not solved for the receiver card failure, replace the receiver card, repeat step 6.
Step 8: check whether the big screen power light is on, if not turn to step 7, check whether the adapter card interface definition line is matched with the unit board. Note: Most of the screen is connected, there may be a local box without a screen or screen, due to the network cable RJ45 interface connection is not solid, or the receiver card power supply is not connected, resulting in the signal is not passed, so please re-plug the cable (or swap), or plug the receiver card power (pay attention to the direction) can be solved.
