If in the debugging or use of LED display appears a line does not light, or half does not light what is the reason? Generally this like this must be the cause of the thing to figure out, the same as the same row, today I will share with you a very simple way to solve this problem.
We first confirm that we use the
control software and control card is the same manufacturer.
First check the software settings:1, confirm whether the parameters are correct.
P10 full-color display, for example (module pixels: 32 * 16) length of 10 sheets; height of 5 sheets, set the parameters for: width: 320, height: 80.
2, the yellow border has not been pulled to the maximum.
Secondly, check the wiring:1, check the normal module of the abnormal module between the wires are connected;
2, check whether the
control card wiring is connected.
Check the power supply again:1, whether the
LED Power Supply is connected: switching power supply output wiring polarity is reversed or disconnected wires between modules;
2, power supply problems: P10 monochrome display, for example:
the power supply is a 5V-40A switching power supply, a power supply can power up to 10 modules, if more than 10 modules will result in insufficient power supply, resulting in the display flashing, dark or half bright half not bright.
Finally, check the LED Modules:The display signal is transmitted from the output pin of a module to the input signal of another board, so a board has a problem, it will cause the whole row behind it is not bright or abnormal, so when the display row has a problem, we should change the board of this row which is not normal at the beginning of the row, or use a long row of wires to jump over the board, and then look at the back of the board to see if the display is normal.
The above is the LED display appears half bright half not bright solution, we can start from the simplest start troubleshooting, the general problem can be solved, if it is really not recommended to look for after-sales service to provide support.
