Solve the problem of LED display black screen failure
In the process of controlling the use of the system, we occasionally encounter the phenomenon of black LED display. The same kind of phenomenon may be caused by a variety of different reasons, even the process of display black will be due to different operations or due to different environments. For example, it may be a power on the moment is black, may also be black in the loading process, may also be black after sending and so on. When you encounter this phenomenon, please note that you can determine the “malfunction” by referring to the following aspects:
(1) Please ensure that all hardware, including the control system, has been properly powered up. (+5V, do not reverse, wrong connection)
(2) Check and double-check whether the serial cable used to connect the controller is loose or off. (If it turns black during loading, it is likely to be caused by this reason, i.e., the screen is black due to the interruption of the communication process because of the loose communication line. Never think that the display body did not move, the line can not be loose, please check it with your hands, it is important for you want to solve the problem quickly).
(3) Check and confirm whether the connection LED display and the HUB distribution board connected to the main control card is tightly connected, whether the plug is reversed.
(4) Please check and make sure that the 50-core cable connecting between the LINGUATRONIC CONTROL CARD and the HUB DISTRIBUTION BOARD is not loosely connected or plugged in backwards.
(5) If the interface definition of your display does not match the provided HUB board will also appear black screen phenomenon, please re-check your jumper wire whether there is loose, broken or short circuit phenomenon. If you think you have matched the ABCD and other signals one by one, please recheck if the OE signal is connected correctly. (It is strongly recommended to use a HUB distribution board that matches the interface definition of the display)
